Grand Brothers Restaurant is located in the heart of Siem Reap, Thmor Meas Road, Sala Kamruek. The area is in the center of tourist attraction. The restaurant is situated with indoor and outdoor dining rooms with a green garden around it. Modern style with stunning design. You can discover new and magnificent flavor and unique tastes which you can only find in the Kingdom of Wonder. All dishes are inspired by and use seasonal local ingredients which can be found in the provinces of Cambodia at varying times of the year.
Menu offers a variety of starters with best recommendation of fresh prepared Spring Rolls, Green Mango Salad and Banana Blossom Salad.

Enjoy and explore sun set cocktail on your own boat at the historical moat around Angkor Thom’s south gate, you will enjoy this two hour journey, marveling at the spectacular sunset with a bottle of champagne and delightful canapés.
We had dinner there and ordered the Fish Amok ($5) and steamed vegetables (3$) with rice. When we realised that the steamed vegetables were really only steamed, not seasoned, we ordered a vegetable curry sauce to go with it, which tasted great. The Fish Amok was great too.
When we wanted some dessert but couldn't find any on the menu, we were suggested fresh fruits or flambéed bananas, which we ordered for one. Instead we received three plates, as a greeting from the kitchen.
On the receipt we didn't find the rice or the curry sauce either. When we asked we were told that it's okay.
Price range of $$ - $$$ would put me off but I think it doesn't properly reflect the prices here. You can have a great dinner in a really nice, almost upscale atmosphere for the same amount you would spend in an average indian restaurant in Cambodia.
Today for the happy hour I was greeted with a cold towel to refresh myself from the heat. The prices do not represent the service at all, because the prices are actually unreasonably cheap for the quality, the service, and the interiour. Highest recommendation to go here if you are in Siam Reap! It is a not exactly in the center, but perfectly situated for us as our hotel, Popular Residence, is just around the corner.
I had the Pumpkin Soup and Friend Chicken with Cashew. Best meal I have had here in Cambodia. The dinner ended with Banana Flambe. Again one of the best meals I have had here. The staff was attentive from the time we pulled up to the restaurant, to the time we left. Very professional staff. The restaurant is new construction so very nice, clean and laid out. The price for the meal very reasonable. I would recommend everyone looking for a quality meal, food, staff and atmosphere try this restaurant as it become one of your favorite stops in Cambodia
An unexpected and lovely surprise for Anne and I. Our great guide Sokly drove us to the country side in the morning where we met our fantastic cooking host Minea Ngin and chef Pashley. We toured the local market (not another tourist in sight) and then went to a local farm for our outdoor cooking class. At the farm we toured through the beautiful garden with all the local herbs and vegetables and then had this fantastic session learning to cook (don't worry its in the shade out of the heat!). We prepared Green Mango salad, the local specialty Fish Amok and ended with Banana Passionfruit Flambee. After we all sat down to eat and had a great time sharing stories with our host Minea and our up and coming chef Pashley! Don't miss this opportunity to get a real local Cambodian eating experience in the country side!!!! Cheers from Dave and Anne
